What the directory is
The site helps you find farriers and other equine services in all 50 states, organized by county. A listing is a starting point. You are responsible for checking references, insurance, and who is allowed to do the work in your state.
Not an association directory
Find My Farrier is not the American Farrier's Association, a veterinary board, or a state licensing agency. Certifications shown on a profile are self-reported. They are not a verified credential.
How listings get here
You can add a listing or claim one. Those forms are the main intake. We review them before they are public. A separate import can add named OpenStreetMap features. We do not publish a person or business we cannot source. Submitting a form means you have the right to speak for that business and that the details are accurate.
Sponsored placements
A featured county slot is labeled Sponsored. The founding price is $19. The later price is $29. Category banners are also labeled Sponsored. A sponsor is an advertisement, not a recommendation and not proof the business is the only option in that county.
Jobs and printables
A job post is $29 and stays pending until payment is confirmed. The shoeing log is $9. The barn care checklist is $19. Those checkouts are Stripe Payment Links. We can refuse a job or a listing that is misleading.

Guides are general information. They are not veterinary advice and not a shoeing prescription for a particular horse.
The site as offered
Pages can be incomplete, especially while the three launch states are filling in. We can remove a listing or change a price for a future purchase. Questions go to hello@findmyfarrier.example.
